we loved the nice pool. satisfied with breakfast's price - eur 16 per person per day. really great location, easy walk to everything we had planned to do. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like meson extremeno that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The room was spotless and huge with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the monastery. I had a good rest. the location was absolutely perfect for taking walks around a stunning church, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Fantastic hotel ideally located in the old town.The view from our room was breath taking.Extremely helpful hotel staff.Having travelled extensively this was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. A perfect location for our honeymoon tour.I would recommend sitting out and relaxing in the main courtyard underneath the lemon and lime trees at dusk,drinks from the hotel bar reasonably priced.Outside pool area with dedicated staff to provide services such ad gows and bar service was the ultimate in relaxation.Fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tastefully decorated rooms. the staff was very friendly. Our room had central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table. We had a marvellous city view and a comfy bed. Everything was simply amazing.

Access is tricky with very narrow cobbled streets, many changes in level and rather odd lift arrangements. Would not be suitable for disabled

Beautiful hotel in stunning location with lovely view from our room of the Parador gardens, Huadalupe monastery and the mountains beyond. Room very comfortable, Staff excellent - friendly and helpful.

The old design of the place, it feels different being in such historical place.
The lighting switches were a total mess, you need a manual to know how to switch the lights off or on, while keeping other devices working :).
